All of our products are shipped from the United States. We always pack them with high quality boxes and protections to make sure that you receive your order in good conditions.

Shipping Partners

We offer different shipping companies and options to our customers. We can ship your order with the following companies: USPS and UPS.

  

Shipping

We offer different shipping options depending on the shipping destination. At the checkout, you'll see the conditions (price and time of delivery) for each option. All orders above $79 have the option of free shipping. Please allow the indicated days for your order to arrive. If a reasonable time has passed since the day you should've received your order, please email us at help@sneakerscare.com to review its status. 

Exchanges

If the product you bought and received is defective or damaged, you can ask for an exchange. Please provide visual proof of the defective or damaged product via email at help@sneakerscare.com and we'll contact to you manage the exchange.

Returns

You can return your product/s under the following conditions:

- No more than 30 days have gone by since you received your order.

- The product or its original packaging has not been used, opened or manipulated in any way.

- The product bought is not a gift card.

- You have your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you comply with all these requirements, you can manage your return by contacting help@sneakerscare.com.

Refunds

Once your return has been accepted, received and inspected, we will send you a notification. This notification will detail wether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If the refund is approved, we will return the money from your order using the same method of payment you used. Let a few days pass, as inter-bank transfers might take a while sometimes. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@sneakerscare.com. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the original buyer and he can manage the return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
